Kingston may be a big boy, but all he wants is to be a lap dog. He is happy being your couch potato best friend. This easy-going sweetheart will be anyone's love bug once he's gotten to know you. Slow introductions are always best. But ultimately Kingston wants affection from everyone and gives it in return!

Kingston enjoys going for long walks. He's a loose leash walker and is calm with other dogs he sees. He also enjoys playing with stuffy toys and treat dispensing games. Kingston does prefer his humans to stay at home, so the ideal adopter will be patient and work with him so that he learns how to be comfortable at home without his humans. He also has some medical needs that the APA team can fill you in on.

Come meet this sweet boy. He always wants to cuddle with people, and he'll be so glad to see you!

INTERESTED IN FOSTERING?

We are currently closed to the public and are only open by appointment (foster or adopter), but we are still diligently working to place dogs in foster homes! You can inquire about fostering a specific dog by submitting an inquiry through the dog's individual profile on this website or by emailing [email protected] to get more information about how to be matched with a foster dog.

Please do not visit our shelters without talking with us first. To prevent community spread, we cannot have large crowds gathering in our shelters.

Come meet your new best friend
