Rocky "Balboa" is a beautiful, gentle sweetheart looking for his forever human. Look into his gorgeous eyes and you'll find a mellow, patient and loyal friend. He loves to be near his fosters and wants to nap close by while they're watching TV, working from home, cooking, and all the household activities. Rocky probably shouldn't live with cats, but is doing well living with another dog, playful, calm and friendly with her.

Rocky is doing great with house-training and crate-training and is a quick learner. He is learning about "watch," "sit" and "down," but his fosters are taking their time due to his injury. He doesn't have a lot of experience with leash walking yet, but he loves to lean right up against you and will quietly watch people, other animals and neighborhood goings-on.

Rocky came to foster badly injured with a broken leg and pelvis, but is recovering nicely. He will need to take it very easy until around July 28. After that, he will want to run and play to make up for lost time! Come meet him. He'll be glad to move in with you now!

Come meet your new best friend
