Gry is such a spicy, spunky and playful girl. She loves all people she knows and adores being introduced to new ones, just hoping she'll be loved by them. She wants to be held and petted, and she'll drop and roll over for belly rubs.

Now in foster care, she's living with her sister and her foster's two older pitty mix pups. She got acquainted by licking their snouts through a gate and now loves to play chase and tug-o-war with them. She's separate from the foster's kitty, but can see her and other cats outdoors, so may bark at them. She's responsive to commands, so stops when told to. She's a very smart puppy who is learning what "sit" means and obeys when told to "get in your crate." Plus, she's very treat-motivated, and knows what "treat" means. And she quickly learned not to jump on people.

This rambunctious girl loves to play outdoors, running laps around the yard and wrestling with her sister. She uses toys to taunt her doggie housemates into chasing her, and is always digging toys out of the puppy toy box and scattering them around the yard. She does well on leash walks, keeping pace with her walker and alongside other dogs. She is house-trained and doing well in her crate, sleeping all night and yapping to let it be known she needs to go potty outside.

Gry will thrive in a home with an active family who will take her for walks and hikes and to fetch in dog parks, then give her lots of cuddles and continue her training. She will love a home where she has dog buddies and kids, but she can also be the solo pup in the home. Come meet this brave, curious, bouncy girl. PUPPIES AND OTHER HIGHLY-ADOPTABLE DOGS DISCLAIMER:

Puppies and other highly-adoptable dogs (small dogs or desirable-breed dogs) at APA! are very high in demand and usually have several interested adopters. Inquiring about a dog, meeting a dog, and even applying for a dog does not guarantee that you will be able to adopt the dog. Only one household will be able to adopt each dog, which means all other interested households will inevitably and unfortunately be disappointed. Please consider this in your search and set your expectations accordingly. Please also consider that adult dogs do not typically have competing adopters, and they need furever homes, too! Additionally, APA! does not allow the adoption of dogs who are related (e.g., littermates or mom and pup) to the same household for behavioral reasons.
