Sitter needed: 9/21/21 - 10/7/21

Sweet Wyatt is ready to lasso his way into your heart! Wyatt loves walks and exploring nature. At home, he will take all the scratches and pets you will give him and lean on you while showing off his best puppy dog eyes. He's a pretty good snuggler as well. When he needs to entertain himself, he likes to toss his bone in the air and throw it around in between chewing.

Overall, Wyatt is very well-behaved and has been respectful in the house. He walks well on a leash and will probably love a good hike or jog. He currently lives with another dog, but they don't engage much, and he likes his space. He is house-trained, does well in a crate and knows most commands like sit, shake and down. He's also been known to catch a treat or two. He'd love to continue training in his new home and is very treat-motivated, so he should pick up more very quickly.

This sweet boy will probably be happiest in a home where he can get 100% of the attention because humans are his favorite. He'd also love a fenced yard to run around in and chase balls. He is heartworm positive, but all that means is that he'll need a couple of months of rest during treatment, at APA!'s expense. Wyatt has a lot of love (and snuggles) to give and would love to meet you today!
