Sonia contacted our PASS (Positive Alternatives to Shelter Surrender) Program asking for help. Sonia took in her elderly father who is not well and his two pets, Ace and Grim. The apartment complex where she lives is requiring a$650 pet deposit for the two pets and they won’t back down from requiring it.
