You can't judge a book by its cover, or a cat either for that matter! Take Tulip...some might see a grumpy face and keep moving, never getting to know the super sweet and friendly kitty that resides inside. Boy, would they be missing out! Tulip is an extremely affectionate cat who loves being petted. As for her appearance, we think her cranky expression is pretty darn adorable and her twisty whiskers too!
