Austin Pets Alive! regularly pulls and tries to save puppies with distemper, an illness fatal to 80% of puppies who are diagnosed with it. Currently, APA! is the only rescue organization in Central Texas actively take distemper dogs in an effort to try to save them. Ben is one of our adorable survivors!
