Meet Ray Benson! Ray was owner surrendered into our Parvo ICU June 24th and was just released this morning! When Ray was surrendered to APA! he was in terrible condition and likely would have died had he not come in when he did. He was lateral, unresponsive, and very cold. After quickly administering emergency treatment and medications intravenously the staff and volunteers were able to bring Ray back from the brink of death!
with a save rate of 87%! That is an amazing statistic when you consider these dogs are routinely euthanized daily around the country.
