"Over the past couple of months, I was able to watch a young wounded puppy become a very healthy, almost normal puppy.
He has made me realize what someone or something will do to survive - learning to adapt to whatever situation and make it work.
Monty was able to adapt to two legs instead of four and he still had a great attitude.
As of today, he is a puppy more then ever. He gets into everything but then looks at you with those beautiful eyes and says " look what I did".
He is running every morning and night trying to catch his back end up with the huge shoulders he has. I see him getting better every day. He plays and jumps as if nothing had happened to him.
He makes friends wherever he goes.
I have learned from Monty that whatever happens in life, you can overcome it as he did himself. It appears that whatever happened to him (if it was by a human) - he does not hold any bad feelings. He has no bad feelings or aggressive feelings towards anyone. Monty just takes every day one at a time and continues to love life.
He is going to be one of the best dogs I have ever had and I thank you all for giving me a chance to help him and adopt him."
