Noela was surrendered to Town Lake Animal Center with injuries consistent with being hit by a car. Her front right leg is broken, her front left leg has multiple abrasions, and her back right hip appears to be luxating. Despite all the obvious physical and mental pain Noela must be going through having been hit by a car and her family giving her up to TLAC where she was put on the euthanasia list due to her injuries, she is still a sweet young puppy who just wants a good head scratch.
