Join us to learn about planned giving made easy! The workshop will be headed by Suzette Blackburn with CapStar Financial and she will be covering IRA planning, easy ways to eliminate the RMD tax, how to avoid estate and income taxes for a great cause, and much more.
The workshop will include:
A – Simple giving – advantages/disadvantages of writing a check that is out of your checking account
B – Planned/tax advantaged giving – Using the RMD’s, Taxable accounts or stock to take advantage of tax laws favorable to them.
C – Legacy Planning – gifts for Austin Pets Alive!, tax free/ tax advantages for the client and setting up APA in their estate plans.
