Rapunzel came to Austin Pets Alive! from the shelter in San Antonio and we learned she has an incontinence problem. Our veterinarian, Dr. Eick, started acupuncture therapy to try to get the nerves in her bottom to respond and Rapunzel will go in twice a week for the next 4 weeks and we should know by then if it is working. Rapunzel is also on Proin to help the muscle tone in her bladder to try to get better control at least of the urinary incontinence. Rapunzel is a sweet pup who loves to play and spend time with APA! volunteers. She deserves love like anyone else - will you help her with her treatments?
