I have had the immense fortune to have played host to a lovely little gentleman, Seth. If you have been following APA!'s news coverage, he may look familiar. The black and white dog whose picture accompanied the front-page article on the Austin American Statesman (http://www.statesman.com/news/content/news/stories/local/01/27/RBB-Animal-Center-5_2.html) is his twin sister. She has found a home but Seth is still looking for his forever family.
Seth is just a big love. He is an 11-month American Staffordshire Terrier (AmStaf) and is about 40 lbs. He has a HUGE head. More room for kisses... and boy does he love his kisses!
He is a giant puppy but learns quickly. He picked up walking on a leash in one afternoon with Brian, one of our great adoption counselors! That is amazing. He needs some training but is ok in a crate.
Seth LOVES other animals. He is happiest while playing with or cuddling with another dog. He is fine with cats, too.
Seth came to us not feeling so great but he is doing soooo much better.
He will be out at our SoCo adoption site (South Congress and Gibson, next to Hotel San Jose) this Fri, Sat and Sun if you would like to meet him. He would love to meet you! You can email us if you have any questions, [email protected]
