Austin Pets Alive! was called late Wednesday night to save ten puppies. An unknown person dumped these ten tiny newborn puppies in a tote bag, in the cold and wet, and left them to die.
APA! rushed to rescue the puppies. All ten were inside the tote, wrapped in a wet blanket, covered in their own feces, and close to death. The puppies spent the night at the home of APA!'s Chief Operating Officer, and we are now working around the clock to save the puppies. Three have pneumonia, and the entire litter needs to be fed every three hours to ensure their survival.
You can help save the puppies by making a donation today, or filling out a foster application. Your donations help APA! rescue pets with urgent medical needs, like this litter of puppies.
