Monty had his surgery today. They started on his right leg (the worse one), which ended up being so bad that they ran out of time to get to the left leg. They will operate on his left leg on Wednesday.My heart goes out to all the animals that I receive emails on but for some reason his story just took my breath away. I immediately contact APA! for fostering and adopting him. I just thought, what an amazing dog!
I picked him up on Friday and have not left his side all weekend. He is an amazing dog. He has such an amazing personality and loves to be loved. He likes to go and lay on the deck in the sun and just relax but does not ever let me out of his sight. He has been eating everything in sight (as puppies do) and loves his beef jerky treats. He is very playful in the morning and loves to just be held and next to me during the day.
