Austin Pets Alive! is competing to enter the ASPCA $100K Challenge and we need your help!
Beginning on Monday, April 4th at 9AM, we will enter the "Qualifying Heat" round of the challenge. From April 4th to April 15th we need our community and our friends (and your friends, and your friend's friends...etc.) to vote every day and send us to the Challenge!
Go to www.votetosavelives.org to vote and VOTE EVERY DAY for APA! The top 50 shelters with the most votes will win the coveted contestant slots for this year's "Save More Lives Challenge" and will move on to the actual "Contest'" beginning August 1st.
The ASPCA is offering over $300,000 in grants to Challenge contestants. The organization which saves the largest number of additional cats/kittens, dogs/puppies wins the $100,000 Grand Prize grant! The contestant which saves the second largest number, wins the Second Place $25,000 grant. There are also additional grants available , such as a $20,000 Best in Region grant.
