Yana is a three week old kitten who was so infested with fleas and other parasites, it caused her to be extremely lethargic to where she is not even eating or drinking on her own. So our vet staff gave her a blood transfusion for the extreme loss of blood due to this infestation. In this photo, she is in the process of getting her transfusion. We hope that once it's done, she will become more active and will start to eat and drink on her own.
