Bernard entered into our care a couple of months ago from Rosenberg Animal Control. He is heartworm positive so he has been receiving treatment for that, but his foster reported an increase of coughing as of late. When we took a closer look we noticed that he has a loud heart murmur. We'd like to do an echo on this so we can better determine what the best course of treatment is, but we need to raise the funds first.
