5/6 update: GOAL REACHED!

Celine came to APA! at just four years old under distemper watch from Palm Valley Animal Society and was weak with malnourishment and very skinny. After battling distemper, she tested negative and has since been gaining weight and making great improvements! However, now Celine has been having overall discomfort during exercise and avoiding long walks.

Our orthopedic surgeon discovered that Celine isn’t able to fully extend her hips and has pain during extension. Along with daily anti-inflammatory medications, she will need to start intensive physical therapy for a few months to help increase her comfort and minimize her pain. This physical therapy treatment costs $500. Can you help Celine enjoy long walks?
