7/29 Update: Goal reached!

Charlie has had a rough go of it. He's been adopted and returned a couple of times from being blocked, which means he's unable to urinate. This is a serious life-threatening condition for cats and some are more susceptible to it like Charlie is. He is not happy about being at the shelter again and has required multiple surgeries replacing his urinary catheter, to make sure he continues to urinate. We're working to raise funds to cover the costs of his surgeries, sedations, and medical care in the clinic.
