12/23 update: GOAL REACHED!

Dezi was found injured, scared, and alone laying beside Highway 21 in Dale, Texas after likely being hit by a car. She was found and brought to Bastrop County Animal Services, where her rescuer suspected her of having two broken legs as she was, and is still, unable to walk.

At just one year old, Dezi is suffering from a broken right hind leg and pelvis. She’s currently in the Clinic with lots of blankets and love, resting until she finds a loving foster and eventually ‘furever’ home. To ensure a smooth recovery, Dezi needs $250 worth of x-rays, multiple splints, and pain medication. Will you help Dezi get back on her feet?
