Meet Frankie! Frankie is a 4yr old wire-haired terrier mix and is a fun combination of sweet, spunky, and sassy! This cuddlesome girl loves to be help in her person’s lap to be snuggled. Now in foster care she is doing great, walks good on a leash, and is potty trained.
