Frank is the most tender-hearted senior who's had a stretch of bad luck. Arriving at our doors as an urgent medical case from Austin Animal Center with a large dermal mass on head, we knew he was in a lot of pain. After further examination, it was clear there was a previous infection in his eyes that caused him to go blind.
