1/20 update: GOAL REACHED!
Sweet Georgie came to us through the Positive Alternatives to Shelter Surrender (PASS) program. At just 4 years old, he was found as a stray on Christmas Eve, looking sad and defeated at the side of a road. Today, he's in a safe home, fostered by his rescuers, and so grateful for a chance for a new life. He just asks for hugs and cuddles from his new humans, resting his head on their shoulders.
But the past couple of weeks he’s had a cough that is turning out to be bigger than a puppy cold. Through an x-ray our vets found that he has an enlarged heart and liver. Our clinic team wants to do an ultrasound of his belly to get a better look at him and decide what they’re dealing with. Can you chip in for pets like Georgie so our clinic can get some answers?
*At times a chip in fund will raise more than a pet needs. When this happens, rest assured that excess gifts will be used to help another pet in need of your assistance! Thank you for helping us help pets!
