Helix is a four-year old cat who is currently rocking a whole-body mohawk. He came to APA! in a messy state: his fur was so matted that it was causing him pain, so we shaved his sides. While his fur works to grow back, the Medical Team at APA! is busy working to help Helix feel better all around. He has symptoms of cerebellar hypoplasia, which is a congenital nuerological disorder. He’ll need lots of medical support while the medical experts at APA! work to confirm a diagnosis and continue to provide him with care.
