Hercules's Wound Care - FUNDING COMPLETE!

Hercules was found lying in the street, suffering from severe injuries. A good samaritan picked him up and brought him to rescue at Austin Animal Center. He was then transferred to us as a medical case. We believe he was hit by a car, which left him with a large wound on his front leg and a fracture on his back leg. Due to these injuries, he needs his leg splinted and bandage changes multiple times a day to prevent infection. We're hoping the injuries will heal on their own but he might need orthopedic surgery in the future. For now, we'll be monitoring his condition and keeping him comfortable on pain medications. It'll be a long road to healing, but Hercules is a strong boy and we know he can do it. Donate to his medical fund today to support his wound care so we can get this buddy feeling better!

*At times a chip in fund will raise more than a pet needs. When this happens, rest assured that excess gifts will be used to help another pet in need of your assistance! Thank you for helping us help pets!
