Meet Hugo! Hugo is a very sweet 5yr old Dachshund Mix that is living in foster care because he is diabetic. He was surrendered by his owners at the beginning of the year due to his diabetes. Unfortunately they were unable to afford Hugo’s insulin.
Hugo is on Humulin N insulin and is in need of more. He has been doing very well and continuing to get better every day. When Hugo first arrived at APA he was not on insulin and was in pretty bad shape.
