7/12 update: GOAL REACHED!

Keys came to APA! almost a year ago and has had a hard go of it. He has just finished recovering from heartworm treatment, which means he is finally ready for his double knee surgery. Keys’ right ACL has a partial tear and unfortunately he just tore his left ACL, too.

But we’re determined to give Keys a path to recovery and, hopefully, a path to a loving home soon enough. The key to Keys’ heart is TENNIS BALLS. Once on a walk with a volunteer, he spotted a tennis ball hidden behind a fence and alerted his friend and, well, they had a ball.

Once we raise the $2,020 for Key’s bilateral knee TPLO surgeries, we can continue looking for the perfect match. Be the key to Keys’ recovery by making a gift to his surgery today!
