4/15 update: GOAL REACHED!

The French origin meaning of the name Marcel is “little warrier” and we couldn’t think of a better fit for our Marcel. Young and tiny, Marcel has had to be a little warrier in his short five months of life. He came to APA! when his owner reached out to our PASS program needing to surrender Marcel due to his extensive medical needs.

Marcel is suffering an extreme rectal stricture, making him horribly constipated and unable to pass bowel movements. He is constantly straining to use the bathroom and is in pain and discomfort. Marcel needs to see a specialist to receive a balloon dilation to help repair the stricture. The cost of this procedure is $3,000.
