Martin has had a difficult start to life. At only six weeks old, he came into our care from Lockhart after a good samaritan watched a car run him over and then drove away. Thanks to this good samaritan that saw this all happen and decided to intervene, he was picked up off the road and made his way to our clinic. His right hind leg (tibia) is fractured, and when he arrived, he was flea-infested and in shock. He received emergency iv fluid treatment and we put a splint and bandages on his leg. He is also on a lot of pain medications and antibiotics to help prevent infection and keep this sweet boy comfortable. We're are hoping Martin will make a full recovery from his trauma and go off to live the life he's meant to. If you want to help us in healing Martin, please give to his medical fund today.
