Mojito, a 5 weeks old kitten, came to APA seven days ago and was sick and small on intake. After being cared for in the nursery he has not gotten much better and was very anemic.
Now meet Shadow! Shadow was taken in and was also very sick. He was owner surrendered to the city shelter where APA! saved him from euthanasia. After 2 days in foster he was bouncing off the walls and happy. He is now happy in cattery but does suffer from a untreatable heart condition called cardiomyopathy. He was a more than willing blood donor though and is saving Mojito’s life today! Even though he has a heart condition he is a great, happy cat and needs a home!
