1/10 update: GOAL REACHED!

Papel Scott is only five months old and just came to us from the Humane Society of Harlingen, where he was found as a stray in a trap. This kitten has a congenital eyelid issue called agenesis. This defect means that Papel Scott’s upper lateral eyelid is not fully formed, causing irritation for our new friend.
