Quarantini hasn't been feeling like her spunky self, and it's not COVID-19 that's bringing her down. She was transferred to us from Lockhart Animal Shelter as an urgent medical case. We believe she ate something she wasn't supposed to causing her toxic ingestion. During her first night with us she was so sick she couldn't stand, but we're hopeful in her prognosis because since then she's been brighter. Quarantini will need hospitalization and supportive care while we try to figure out the cause of her sickness and see what the best route for her recovery is going forward.
