Quirk arrived at our Medical Triage and Wellness Clinic doors last night in critical condition. He had a PVC of 9% (red blood cells count), where the normal average for dogs is between 35-50%, so he underwent a blood transfusion right away in order to stabilize him. He's showing symptoms of parvovirus but tested negative for it, so we believe parasites are causing his troubles. At only three-months-old, Quirk needs a lot of medical attention in order to pull through this. If you're able, donate to his medical fund today so he can grow up to be big and strong like he's meant to be.
