3/14 update: GOAL REACHED!

Little Rascal! More sweet and affectionate than mischievous, Rascal is an adorable 11 month old puppy that came to APA! from the Bastrop County Animal Services with an injured left leg. So injured, Rascal has to hop like a bunny with his back limbs and can’t bear weight on his left hind leg.

Our veterinarians found that Rascal has a femoral neck fracture and needs immediate FHO surgery to repair. Rascal is on daily pain meds to help with his discomfort, but our orthopedic surgeon knows that repair will be best to help Rascal get around and be the playful puppy he deserves to be! The surgery is scheduled for March 25th and costs $1270. Rascal just wants to run like a dog, not hop like a bunny! Can you help chip-in for his surgery?
