2/7 update: GOAL REACHED!
Rio has had quite the journey to her current foster home, where she's learning to relax and trust new people. She came to APA! after a reported snake bite to her face and neck. She was in a lot of pain and needed a feeding tube to get food into her stomach because she was too uncomfortable to eat. After a long recovery, Rio is feeling better physically but has severe anxiety around new people and situations. She just needs $52.50 to continue her anxiety medication (although we hope once she settles into a home she'll feel safe and confident again!). Can you help?
