Rose

Update: We are sorry to share bad news about Rose. We were under the impression that AAC vets had Rose’s pain managed by pain medication and rest. While we were raising funds and finding a foster last night, the AAC vets decided that her pain was too great and euthanized her without notifying us. We will be contacting donors and refunding donations.

Rose is a tiny, 4 pound chihuahua who was found injured by a good Samaritan and brought to the Austin Animal Center. Poor Rose has a fractured pelvis, with at least five fractures, and is in incredible pain. All of us here at Austin Pets Alive! want to help get Rose on her path to recovery and help alleviate her pain, but we need your help. Her surgeries will cost at least $2000 so we are looking to our amazing supporters to help us afford these pricey operations. Will you help little Rose live a pain-free life again?
