Schone needs our help again! This middle-aged lady came to APA! with a whole list of problems, a very big belly, skin issues, hair loss and a crazy love of (way too much) food and water, which our APA! Clinic team suspected to be signs of Cushing’s Disease. Thanks to the help of the APA! community we were able to raise funds to run a Cushing’s test for Schone and rule out Cushing’s as the cause of her medical issues. Now our APA! Clinic team needs to run a biopsy to determine what is happening with her skin, and how we can best help her get on the road to recovery!
