Selma arrived at our clinic doors from Bastrop County Animal Services as a medical case. This gentle senior came into their care as a stray as she was found wandering the roads. It was clear she had issues with her skin from malnutrition and flea allergies, but on top of that, she was also covered in lumps, bumps, and mammary masses. She underwent surgery immediately to remove 4 mammary masses and 2 inguinal hernias. She might need surgery, later on, to remove a mass on her back as well as dental extraction.
