We have an urgent medical case on our hands. Toby came to our Medical Triage and Wellness Center from Bastrop County Animal Services after he was found on the side of the road. We believe he was hit by a car which left him with severe injuries. He has a broken pelvis on one side and a luxated hip on the other leg. He'll need to undergo an orthopedic surgery immediately in order to get him walking again. If you can help us get this beautiful boy back on his feet, please give now!
