Tom Pawtty was brought into our care after being hit by a car. He's a seven month old puppy that has an elbow luxation which can't be fixed without an orthopedic surgery. Even after all he's been through, he's still the sweetest little guy who just wants to be able to run around and play like the puppy he is.
