Tulip's Heart Disease - GOAL REACHED!

OUR GOAL

$3,500

8/16 update: GOAL REACHED!

Just four months old, Tulip’s health is a dire situation. After a routine vet check up, this sweet pup was found to have a severe heart murmur. Without treatment, Tulip is not expected to live much longer.

With further evaluation, Tulip was diagnosed with severe valvular pulmonic stenosis (PS) and moderate subaortic stenosis (SAS), which means she has a narrowed heart valve and a thickening heart muscle.

We’re teaming up with Texas A&M to give Tulip the best chance at a long and healthy life. Tulip needs an ECHO cardiogram and heart surgery to treat her heart disease ASAP.

Tulip is currently on heart medication to control her heart rate and rhythm until we can schedule her surgery. This is a life-threatening condition and Tulip needs your help to get the surgery she deserves. Please chip-in now to our $3,500 goal for pets like Tulip.

*At times a chip-in fund will raise more than a pet needs. When this happens, rest assured that excess gifts will be used to help another pet in need of your assistance! Thank you for helping us help pets!
