Cherry was brought to our doors yesterday as an urgent medical case after her previous shelter realized they wouldn't have the means to give her the treatment she needs to heal. She was hit by a car which left her with severe injuries preventing her from being able to move her back legs. From the Xrays we can see that she has a broken pelvis, causing her hips to be out of place and one of her back legs to be out of place. We need to conduct orthopedic surgery to fix one side of her body so that it can heal and we can see clearly if the other side is functional. This surgery needs to happen immediately so we're calling on you again today to help us raise the money to do so. Cherry needs you most today in order to have a chance at walking again.
