5/27 update: GOAL REACHED!
At just two and a half months old, Hansel (now named Giddy in his furever home) and Gretel were found as stray puppies and brought to APA! from the City of Mission Animal Shelter. They were immediately placed in a foster home where they enjoyed TLC, treats, naps, and tons of playtime. Just one day before Hansel’s adoption, he injured his left ankle while playing with his sister Gretel in their foster home, and they noticed him limping and unable to bear weight on his left leg.
Giddy needs to have immediate surgery in just three days to help repair his fractured ankle. This speciality surgery costs $2,000 and will help correct Giddy’s injury and help alleviate the pain in his ankle. Will you help Giddy by making a gift today?
