Soap

Soap was picked up dragging his leash in 105 degree heat. He is a little shy, but is super sweet. He cowers when hands are raised too fast or when food bowls are being put down, which has us thinking he was possibly hit on by a previous owner. He walks great on a leash, knows basic commands and enjoys playing with other dogs. He seems to be potty trained and is a sweetheart that is learning what love and kindness is. Can you help him?
