Sahara was found hanging out around an elementary school; she just wanted to stay and spend time with the kids and was very sad that the principal wouldn't let her!
Sahara is a playful and active happy girl. She is a sweet, gentle soul who doesn't realize she is a little too big to be a lap dog. She loves giving kisses, getting hugs, and cuddling up next to you. As long as someone is nearby to reassure her that she is loved and wanted, that is all she cares about. Sahara also enjoys playing with other dogs. Sahara would make a great walking companion and would love to learn some basic commands. She already knows "give paw", "sit", and "give kisses". She is smart and learns fast.
Sahara is currently at a partner shelter and needs a committed foster to get her out of the shelter. Can you help her today?
