Since our building became fully functional we have been running with a variety of donated used fax machines. They have been a tremendous help while we get settled but we are starting to realize these will not last long term. With the volume of faxes we send a day, Don, our IT volunteer decided we need something much nicer and he is probably right. We are faxing, printing and scanning a ton and we need something that will last us rather than replacing the machine all the time.
We think this one from Staples will be perfect, it uses toner instead of ink so that saves money there and should last us a long time.

Be an office hero! The lives of our office volunteers and adoption counselors will be so much more pleasant, and I'm sure the pets will appreciate the increased attention they get instead of watching people fidget with the fax machine!
