Denton came from Lockhart Animal Shelter after he was hit by a car and left alone on the side of the road. Once we got him settled here, it was clear he was suffering from a lot of trauma, acting very depressed and lethargic. For now, we're keeping him on fluids and pain medications so he's comfortable. We'll continue to give him constant care as we monitor his condition.
