This sweet 2-year old had a rough start to life, but she’s currently living the dream in her foster home, getting lots of playtime, attention, and walks! While her fosters love her, what they, and we, really want is for Fleur to find her very own forever home. Unfortunately, Fleur is currently suffering from a medical issue known as ectopic ureters that causes her to be incontinent. The good news is that with surgery we can correct Fleur’s ectopic ureters and get rid of her incontinence! Once this surgery is completed, Fleur will be in the best possible shape to find her forever family!
