How cute is Frito?! Unfortunately Frito is a member of the Wounded Dogs Club. Frito, along with several dogs at APA, is in need of orthopedic surgery to correct a luxated patella (knee cap surgery). Living in a shelter is a factor of this condition because of the the stress of being in run and jumping “warrior style” in their kennels.
